Working for organisations ranging from large multi-site locations to small businesses. A training professional with several years diverse experience and expertise, within the training environment. Experienced in identifying training needs for both the company and individual, designing training to meet strategic objectives and individual needs. Delivery of a variety of training programs from shop floor, to senior management development. Committed to quality outcomes at all times.

Has spent several years in a public sector environment, most at senior management level, has gained a wide range of experience and proven expertise. Working within personnel management has an in-depth knowledge of today's performance driven organisations. Has a background in training needs linked to business planning and implementation of Investors in People. Committed at all times to delivering a quality product.
